Processing & Tracking

On-hand items (in stock): We create your label and send your tracking number within 1–2 business days via email and in your account.

Not-on-hand items (pre-order/backorder/imported): Tracking is posted to your order within 3–5 business days.
After the package ships, delivery typically takes 7–13 business days because items are imported internationally and must clear customs to ensure safe delivery.

Note: Carrier tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after you receive your number.

Dispatch Schedule

On-hand items and pre-orders ship in monthly batches. If your order misses the current batch, it will ship in the next monthly cycle.

Monthly discounts are released with each drop—watch your email and our site for updates.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders $85+ (after discounts, before tax) within our standard service regions.

Split Shipments

If your order contains both on-hand and not-on-hand items, they may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Product Availability

We update on-hand inventory frequently with new batches of clothes, shoes, perfumes, and glasses. Availability may vary by drop.

Customs, Duties & Delays

Imported items pass through customs. Processing times can vary by country and may extend delivery windows.

Canada orders: Customs processing by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) can take longer than expected. This may extend delivery beyond the standard 7–13 business-day window. Please plan accordingly.

We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays, but we’ll help you track and resolve issues.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is marked Delivered but you can’t locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. Then contact us so we can assist.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We can modify or cancel an order before it is packed or has a label created. Once a label is created or the order is in a monthly batch, changes may not be possible.
